Within a week, after selecting and changing my account to Bulb, I received an email informing me that Bulb’s prices had risen and now my monthly payment would be 35 Pounds/month more than the quoted price. Surprise!

When I had to enter my initial meter readings a couple of days before transfer, the website wouldn’t accept them, so I emailed the problem to your support team. No response by transfer day so I telephoned through the readings, which the agent assured me had been entered.
