NPower Company Overview
NPower is part of a European energy company called Innogy, they operate biomass, oil, gas-fired and coal power stations. Npower is one of the largest UK energy providers which is why it is considered one of the dominant Big 6 suppliers.
NPower is currently merging with SSE, another of the Big 6 suppliers, in order to create a huge new company. This merger should be completed by the end of 2018/ beginning of 2019 but it remains unknown how this merger will impact customers and tariffs.
