Deemed rates for non half-hourly metered customers in the London area: Profile class 1 22.660p/kWh and a standing charge of £4.40 per day.
Deemed rates for half-hourly metered customers between 1st October – 31st March: day rate 17.32p/kWh and a night rate (midnight – 7am) of 15.67 plus additional charges including an administration standing charge of £4.35 per supply point per day.

As part of our Smartest Energy review we wanted to find out what real customers have been saying about their experiences as this is one of the best ways of finding out more about a supplier and the services they offer. However, despite around 18 years of service, we have been unable to find any Smartest Energy business review pages or even any Smartest Energy complaints.
